Can I cancel my order?Updated 18 days ago

Orders that are already being prepared for shipment or are on their way cannot be canceled or modified. This includes address modifications or product changes. 

When you receive the package, you can initiate a free return and receive a prepaid shipping label to send your order back. You may also return your order in person at any Bluemercury store. 

Once the system processes your return, we will issue a refund, and you will receive an email notification. The refund will typically be processed within seven business days, depending on your bank and payment method. For more specific information on the refund process, please contact your bank.
