Bluemercury stores do not accept payment in the form of cash, unless required by law in that location. This policy was created to increase the safety of our store environment, the wellbeing of our staff, and the efficiency of store operations.

If you did not receive your receipt via email, please provide us with specific details such as the store address, transaction date, and your contact information. We will submit a request for the store to resend your receipt.

If you have encountered an issue with a purchase made at a Bluemercury store, such as rewards points not being applied to your account, we request that you provide us with a copy of your receipt. Upon review, we will assist in adding any missed point
