BlueRewards Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and ConditionsUpdated 4 hours ago

Effective Date: Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the BlueRewards Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”) offered by Bluemercury Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Program Eligibility 

• Only active BlueRewards members are eligible to refer friends.
• Referred friends must be:
  • New to BlueRewards (not existing members)
  • At least 13 years old
• Referrals must be made through your unique referral link available on the Refer-a-Friend page within your BlueRewards account.

2. Referrer Reward 

• For each successful referral, the referring BlueRewards member will earn a $10 Beauty Card.
• A referral is considered successful when:
  1. Your referred friend signs up for BlueRewards using your referral link; and
  2. Your friend completes their first purchase of $25 or more as a new BlueRewards member; and
  3. Your friend does not cancel or return their first purchase.
• Referrers may earn up to $50 in referral-based Beauty Cards per calendar quarter (equal to five qualifying successful referrals).
• Beauty Cards earned through the Program will be issued during Beauty Card Redemption Months: January, April, July, and October.
• Referral-based rewards are in addition to Beauty Cards earned through regular purchases but count toward the quarterly $150 Beauty Card maximum. 

3. Referred Friend Incentive 

1. Referred friends will receive a 15% off discount code after enrolling in BlueRewards through a valid referral.
2. The 15% off code:
   • Will be delivered by email or can be found in your account, online, within 24 hours of signup
   • May be used online or in-store (in-store redemption requires showing the barcode in the email)
   • Expires 30 days after BlueRewards enrollment
   • Is valid on any purchase, so long it is redeemed prior to the expiration date, and subject to standard exclusions--Spa services, gift cards, Aesop, Charlotte Tilbury, Dyson, iS Clinical, Jan Marini, Mason Pearson, SkinCeuticals, or Vintners Daughter
   • Must spend minimum $25 online or in-store for the code to apply

4. Limitations and Restrictions 

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer yourself using different email addresses or accounts.
• You will not receive referral credit if your friend joins BlueRewards without using your referral link.
• If your friend returns or cancels their first purchase, the referral will be considered void.
• If you exceed the quarterly $50 limit or annual $150 Beauty Card maximum, you may continue referring friends but will not earn additional referral value until the next applicable quarter or calendar year.
• Rewards and participation may be suspended if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Tracking and Notification 

• You can monitor the status of your referrals and earned rewards in your BlueRewards account dashboard under the “Refer A Friend” page.
• Beauty Cards will be emailed and/or made available in your account during the designated redemption months.

6. Program Modifications and Termination 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of Program termination, all earned but unredeemed rewards will be honored in accordance with the standard Beauty Card redemption schedule. BlueRewards membership may be suspended or terminated for fraud or abuse.
